2. Haunted Harvest
This family-friendly event at Springs Preserve features a haunted maze, carnival games, trick or treat stations, petting zoo and more. It runs Oct. 16-18, 23-25 and Oct. 30-31 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.  Admission is $6. Children age 2 and under get in for free. For an additional $3 for members and $5 for non-members, guests can take a “haunted” train ride. Tickets can be purchased online at the Haunted Harvest Springs Preserve website.

Held on Freemont Street Las Vegas, OktoberFRIGHTFest is an event that combines Oktoberfest and Halloween giving guests a one of a kind experience. The festival showcases free productions of original shows such as Vampire Rising and Frank & the Steins. 7. HallOVeen

Opportunity Village’s 3rd annual HallOVeen will turn the Magical Forest into a spooky land of goblins and ghosts. This child friendly event will feature rides and attractions including The Haunted Adventure by Santino and Rocco Panaro, a spooktacular Forest Express Passenger Train, Cheyenne’s Enchanted Carousel and Boris the Elf’s 3D Experience. Guests will enjoy nightly parades, crafts, spooky movies, story telling, “Scary-oke”, the Candy Cabin and special entertainment in the Haunted Castle Courtyard. Each night will feature a different theme with nightly costume contests and prizes awarded to winners.

HallOVeen debuts Oct. 9 and will be open every Friday-Sunday night throughout the month of Oct. During the last week of the month, HallOVeen will be open nightly through Nov. 1, which will feature a “Day of the Dead” theme for the final evening. Southern Hills Hospital Balloon Festival benefits High School to Healthcare Scholarship. Celebrate Halloween and Nevada Day Weekend with balloon launches, a haunted maze, amusement rides, and trick-or-treating with balloon pilots. This even takes place Friday, Oct. 23 to Sunday, Oct. 25 at 9300 W Sunset Rd Las Vegas, NV 89148.

9. Fall Harvest Festival

The hours and location of the Festival are 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. on October 16th, 23rd, and 30th and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. October 17-18th, 24-25th, and 31st.  7222 West Grand Teton Drive in Las Vegas.  Admission to the Fall Harvest Festival is just $5 for adults and $3 for children. Rides, concessions and other activities are all available on the weekends only, at reasonable prices. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The Festival is open to the public, offers lots of activities such as hay rides, cow train, pony rides, and a maze.
